People suddenly are A LOT more frustrated and get bored or have more freetime than before due to their hobbies being taken away. And the reason everyone gives is the actions of your government. Citizens daily lifes get disrupted heavily by this and with sanctions coming from many different directions, it‘ll become a lot harder for the russian state to control public opinion.

If it‘s just a few companies, propaganda can easily chalk it up to ‚well these companies are nazis too‘ or ‚the west controls them and they had no choice‘. The impact on what people think because of these things couldn‘t be overstated. Plarium is only one of many doing this, McDonalds closed all their stores in russia, products like coca cola will not be sold anymore, car manufacturers and others stop production in russia - and some do so while still paying their staff - and so on. We have seen many big companies stop service or production in russia. The important part here is that this is not what is happening. They‘d piss off their customers and thats it. The impact on the russian people is harder to measure, but the basic idea is that Plarium alone would do fuck all by cutting their service in russia. The impact on their image would likely be worse than just cutting that country off, putting aside the possibility of suffering financial penalties if sanctions get even stronger. Public relations is easily explained: If you have a major number of workers in Ukraine, it‘s just really, really bad PR if you still do business in the agressors country. In addition to that, there are two other points to consider: Public relations and impact on the russian people.
Cashflow from russia stops nearly completely then. With sanctions taking place it‘s neither a good idea to keep russian cashflow up nor is it really possible at all - at this point it‘s very likely that the SWIFT sanctions will be done for all banks, not just certain ones. Your first point does make sense in certain ways, but becomes impossible by the reality of your third point: They won‘t get a lot of money from russia in the days to come anyway.
